Yet another beautiful week to drink and eat locally in the 419. Here’s our yearly Polish beer release and the first up is Saint Hedwig - 4.1% Kolsch using Polish hops. Check out the #foodtruck lineup!!!

Wed #pedalsNpints with Wersell's Bike Shop & Brightz, Ltd. leaves PSB at 7 and tonight we head over to @shawns_sylvania. We chill together for an hour and then Glow back to the taproom. Easy, no drop ride that paces around 9-11 mph so bring your friends for a mid week treat.
